Will re-review in the future if i purchase anything else. I ordered a pair of sneakers from dsw. I received an initial email saying that when item was ready for shipping I would be contacted. Two weeks plus later I contacted customer service and was told that item was delayed because of inventory. Last night I finally get an email that my order was cancelled because item is no longer available.
Why didn't dsw inform me weeks before that item was not available or they were having issues fulfilling my order? Why did I have to call customer service? Such poor service…. And in the meanwhile since I placed the order, my inbox is inundated with emails from dsw everyday trying to get me to order stuff. First time ordering online, when I received the shoes they were the wrong color, I took it in the store for an Exchange and was told I had to pay additional money for taxes.
Why am I paying additional money when its DSW error. Then I didn't learn from the first time and decided to order another pair of shoes since I recieved points, shoes was delivered but wrong size.
Now again I have to waste my time driving to fedex to drop off the return and hope I get the right size. I purchase items online and pay through PayPal. My bank is filing a dispute for 2 ACH charges. Disappointed in the response and denial by both entities. Tip for consumers: Disappointing customer service. I order the new Sketchers arch fit they must have been returned they where just thrown in a box missing one shoes las box was cut must have been marked down.
I paid Dollars for them. I'd never place an order with DSW again. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. And no offer of a discount after waiting two weeks for a pair of shoes!?! I'll shop at Shoes. DSW doesn't care to keep good customers. I've had good shopping experience. They have great discounts and deliver my orders on time.
