Comment by Alright for you who think its bugged, its not, it depends on how many quests in hyjal you have completed, trust me I had the same problem as the above comments. Here is what you want to do, I decided to complete all quests in Hyjal. I completed the quest up to and including. Jarod will spawn infront of you a few quest before completing this quest, I'm not sure if he will spawn in Molten Front before completed though.

After completing this you will be able to see him in Molten Front : If you have got the achievement for Mount Hyjal quests you will be able to start all the missing quests at The Forge Of Supplication, atleast thats where I found them : Hope this help, enjoy :.
